So with the market in its current condition and my job being relatively stable *knocks on wood*, this is probably the best chance I will ever have at owning my own home. You may have already seen my posts skimming the highs (and omg

I'd given my finances a once-over and just about figured I could swing it, when somebody said two dreaded words I hadn't taken into account:

That - and the prospect of packing up all the stuff I've been collecting over the last *
coughmumble* years - inspires me to offer some items for sale.
