Journey to Gestalt

A day when I finally have a jones to write (even if it's a half-baked plotbunny) is no day to leave my writing notebook at home.

Yeah, that one, with all the research notes in it.

Doesn't it just figure that the day after I talk about trying to get myself in better shape, I start craving chocolate like mad?! Not giving in to it, though. I have just enough cash left on me to get a Diet Coke (to keep me awake through the late afternoon). And my butt's big enough already, thanks.

Also, what happened to the three or four different muses who yammered in my ear the whole time I was stuck in my car last weekend? I'd like to know where the fickle little so-and-sos went now that I'm home and might actually have time to write something down. *grumpf*
