Journey to Gestalt

The weekend before this last one, I was sick. Congestion, sore throat, coughing, the works. Slept most of the weekend away, and was getting over it.

Or so I thought. >,-

Sunday night, the sore throat came back. Yesterday at work, so did the coughing (almost horked up a lung during a meeting, despite a dose of Dayquil). Today I stayed home again - went back to bed after letting my boss & co-worker know Id be out today. That was just after 7 am. Figured I'd get 1 1/2, maybe 3 hours more of sleep.

... I woke up again past 1:30 in the afternoon. *blink* I now have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning - oh joy more work missed - but this thing has held on for 12 days now and I'm tired of it. SICK and tired, even.
